Should you cancel childcare due to sickness etc. the following charges will be applied to your invoice.

Minimum booking: 2 hours
Standard & Holiday Rates
These rates are for school holidays and weekends, Monday to Sunday from 6am to 6pm when siblings are being cared for at the same time.
Term Time Rates
These rates are for term time when we are caring for siblings, Monday to Friday 6am to 6pm (e.g. one at home during the day another we take to and collect from school).

Overnights
Midnight to 6am: Flat rate of £50.
You will be charged a normal hourly rate up until midnight, and again from 6am.
Travel
Travel costs are charged to customers requiring school runs and travel to activities (including school holidays), costs include petrol, parking charges under £2 & business car insurance. Costs start at £5 per day.
Additional journeys will be charged at 45 pence per mile.
Should a staff member be unable to use public
transport, due to time of childcare requirement a charge towards a Taxi
will be added to your invoice.
Meals
Will be prepared at the child’s home, for outings a packed lunch will be taken, sometimes we will require money for meals, you will be asked about this in advance.
Days Out
Parents will be notified in advance if an outing is planned and will be asked to cover the costs of the admission fee(s) for their child(ren) only.
Cancellation
Additional Costs
Invoices will be sent on or around the 20th of each month, they are required to be paid within 7 days.
Should payment be delayed you may be charged an additional £2.50 per day until the invoice has been paid.
Should full payment not be received within 14 days of invoice sent, your details will be passed onto our debt collectors.
